LGBTQ+ Definitions, Coming Out, Educational Models, and Scenario Practice
The Q5 Allyship Workshop focuses on five key topics: sexuality, gender, intersectionality, laws and policies, and allyship. While the majority of the content remains the same, parts of the workshop can be uniquely catered to each campus, organization, or business. Group sizes can vary, but the workshop is designed for small groups (20-30 people). Larger groups may require additional facilitators.
General Workshop: 5 hours
General Workshop & Interpersonal Skill Building: 6-8 hours
Portions of the Q5 Allyship Workshop can be facilitated to accommodate shorter time increments. Content can vary depending on the time allotment. Examples of content includes LGBTQ+ inclusive assessment and evaluation, LGBTQ+ history, Queer inclusive language, interpersonal allyship, and corporate allyship. Contact me for specific requests.

This workshop explores the prevalence of weight discrimination. Topics include the history of fatness in the United States, the intersections of weight and health, laws and policies impacting weight discrimination, identifying microaggressions, and how to create an inclusive work environment.

Learn about current topics within the field of diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice
Learn the fundamentals of diversity, equity, inclusion, opportunity, and social justice. This workshops covers critical topics such as inclusive language, hate speech, multiculturalism, intersectionality, bias, and discrimination. While the majority of the content remains the same, parts of the workshop can be uniquely catered to the campus, organization, or business requesting the training.
Duration: 1-4 hours (depending on need)
This workshop includes dialogue on white fragility and allyship within antiracism work. Participants will discuss power, privilege, prejudice, microaggressions, intersectionality and systems of oppression specific to underrepresented racial identities.

Language has a unique way of both uniting and dividing people. This workshop explores inclusive language practices that can be used in policies, surveys, job descriptions, social media, and other publications.
